Privacy Policy

A practical account of the information used to operate Power of Potential and deliver Pursuing Your Potential.

Last updated 23 September 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Power of Potential handles personal information through this website, Payhip purchases and customer enquiries. We follow the privacy laws that apply to us and the relevant transaction.

2. Information we handle

This website has no user accounts or on-site contact form. If you choose to subscribe to email updates, MailerLite will process your email address and subscription information, including when and how you consented. If a sign-up form asks for a name, providing it is optional.

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may collect information about your device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions and advertising identifiers. Hosting and security services may also process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, device information and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.

When you purchase through Payhip, Payhip collects the details needed for checkout and delivery, including your email address and order information. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information. Power of Potential may receive customer details, order information and payment status, but does not receive your full card number.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, order details and message.

3. Why information is handled

Information is used to process and verify purchases, deliver digital files, provide receipts and access, answer enquiries, prevent fraud or misuse, secure and operate the website, keep records required for accounting or legal purposes, resolve disputes, and comply with law.

If you subscribe, your information is used to send the welcome series, practical reflections, creative prompts and occasional Power of Potential updates. Marketing messages will only be sent with your consent or where otherwise permitted. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe method, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Transactional messages about a purchase or access are not marketing.

4. Cookies and analytics

Necessary technologies may operate to deliver and secure the website. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are optional and load only after you select “Accept analytics.” You may select “Necessary only” instead. Your choice is stored on your device and can be reset by clearing this site's stored data.

Payhip and Stripe apply their own cookies and privacy practices on their pages. Google and Meta also handle information under their own privacy policies.

5. Service providers and overseas processing

Our core providers are OpenAI Sites and associated hosting and security infrastructure, Payhip for checkout and delivery, Stripe for payments, MailerLite for consent-based email subscriptions, Google for analytics and Meta for advertising measurement.

These providers operate internationally and may process or store information in countries outside the country where you live. Their systems and processing locations can change and are described in their current privacy notices and subprocessor information. Where applicable law requires safeguards or information concerning international transfers, Power of Potential will take the steps reasonably required of it.

6. Security and retention

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information within Power of Potential's control, including using established payment and delivery providers and limiting collection. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, customer support, security, record-keeping, tax or accounting obligations, disputes and legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable. Provider-controlled records are subject to each provider's retention practices and legal duties.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask what personal information Power of Potential holds about you, request access or correction, withdraw email consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@powerofpotential.co. Please provide enough information to verify and locate the relevant record. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain if a request cannot be fulfilled.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may have the right to complain to a privacy or data-protection authority with jurisdiction in your location.

8. Younger users

The product is intended for people aged 16 and over. People under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before purchasing and should not submit sensitive personal information through support channels. If we learn that information was collected from a young person without appropriate understanding or involvement, we will take reasonable steps suited to the circumstances.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated when information practices, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be indicated by the updated date and will apply prospectively.
